Delete your driver account

Drivers can delete their account directly in the Super Dispatching app under Settings → Account → Delete Account, which takes effect immediately. Use the form below if you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in.

What gets deleted

• Access to the driver app — every device is signed out and the account password stops working.
• The saved signature image.
• Profile edits (name, phone, trailer capacity) stop being used.

What the carrier keeps

• Bills of lading, vehicle inspections and the signatures collected on completed loads. These are the carrier’s business records.
• The driver’s listing inside the carrier’s own account — we notify the carrier, and only they can remove it there.

Request deletion

Because we cannot verify who is filling in this form, requests are reviewed by support with your carrier before anything is deleted.
