This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) sets out how Super Dispatching, Inc. and its corporate affiliates (collectively, “Super Dispatching,” “Company”, “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information collected from or about you through any websites that link to this Policy, including superdispatching.com (our “Websites”); any related apps, products, downloadable software, applications, or other services that we provide that link to this Policy (collectively, “Products”); and other interactions (e.g., customer service inquiries, events, conferences, etc.) you may have with us (the Websites, Products, and related interactions are collectively referred to herein as the “Services”).

This Policy applies when Super Dispatching acts as the data controller of your information. When Super Dispatching collects and processes data about end users of our direct customers (“Customer End Users”) on behalf of such customers (“Customer Data”), in connection with the services we provide to customers pursuant to our agreements with such customers (each an “Agreement”), the customer is the “data controller” and Super Dispatching is a “data processor.” In such circumstances, Super Dispatching may process Customer Data under the instruction of the relevant customer, as described in the applicable Agreement. If you are a Customer End User and you have questions about how Customer Data is collected and processed through the services we provide to the customer, please contact the customer for more information.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, complete a profile, upload documents, request customer support, or otherwise communicate with us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company details, and any other information you choose to provide.

We also automatically collect certain information when you use the Services, including device identifiers, log data, approximate or precise location (where you have granted permission), and usage information about how you interact with the Products.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Services; to process transactions and send related information; to communicate with you about products, services, and events; to monitor and analyze trends and usage; and to detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

How We Share Your Information

Super Dispatching does not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who perform services on our behalf, with our customers when we act as a data processor, and as required by law or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Super Dispatching, our users, and others.

Driver Accounts in the Mobile App

Driver accounts in the Super Dispatching driver app are created and controlled by the motor carrier the driver works for. The carrier decides which drivers may use the app, provides their initial credentials, and remains the controller of the load and inspection records the driver produces while working for them.

A driver can delete their account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app, or by using the request form on this website. Deleting an account permanently revokes access to the app, invalidates the account password, signs the driver out of every device, and erases the driver’s stored signature image and profile edits. We notify the carrier of the request, because only the carrier can remove the driver from their own carrier account.

Records of completed work — bills of lading, vehicle inspection reports and the photos and signatures collected on them — are retained afterwards. They belong to the carrier as business and transport records and may be required for legal, insurance, and accounting purposes. Requests concerning those records should be addressed to the carrier.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of certain personal information we hold about you. You may also opt out of promotional communications at any time by following the instructions in those messages.

Data Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
